The Life of Princess Abigail

Once upon a time in a land called Paradise there lived a very noble and valiant king with his stunningly beautiful and loving queen. There was much love between them and true joy and happiness could always be found in their castle and all throughout their kingdom. Every morning they would wake to meet the rising sun and start another wonderful day. The king would go off to do the things that kings do and the queen would enjoy another day of seeing to all of the business of the castle. Then in the evening they would get together again and enjoy quality time together. Day after day these things brought them great joy and they loved each other more and more.

However, (you know how queens get) the queen soon decided that although they were both very happy, they might be happier if they could just have a pet. Something to love and care for.

One fine day in early spring when the world just seemed to be exploding with new life everywhere you could look, the queen was wandering around down by the castle pond just taking in all the beauty of God's wonderful creation, she spotted some newly hatched baby fish. They were swimming very near the shore and well within her reach. Little fish, she thought. How nice. They'll make a wonderful decoration for the castle and lovely pets for me! She grabbed a glass jar and scooped some pond water and seven little fishies into the jar. That evening when the king returned he was delighted to see the new additions to the family.

However (you know how kings are), the king soon decided that these little fish by themselves were not good enough for his queen. That weekend they traveled to the nearby pet merchants and purchased a beautiful tropical beta. So the king and queen enjoyed watching the fish swim around and around for quite awhile until the queen got bored again.

I want a cute cuddly pet that I can hold and hug and pet and really love. So, off they went until they found the merchants of the cute cuddly furry pets that you can hold and snuggle with and really love. That's where they found and subsequently fell in love with my sister Chloe. Chloe had been owned by others before but had been terribly mistreated by their bratty snotty little kids so now she needed a new family. The king and queen brought her home and they all fell in love. The queen and king both enjoyed holding and petting and snuggling with Chloe and she was the center of their attention for awhile. However, the queen began thinking that something was still missing.

In all of the old king,queen,castle stories I've ever read, she explained to the king, there was also a beautiful princess. We're missing a beautiful princess! So, the king and queen began praying for a beautiful princess. God loved the king and queen so He picked out the most beautiful most special little princess that He could find (that was me, of course!) and express mailed me to the castle. When I arrived the king and queen were so happy! At last their life was full and complete.
